2. Click here to start an e-mail to us. Type whatever name you put at the top of this form (either your name or your band's name) into the e-mail subject field. Attach your song and picture to the e-mail and send it to us.
3. Once you've sent the e-mail, check this box and submit this form to us. We'll take the information you gave us on this form and match it with the music & picture you e-mailed us, then post it on our site...
